Smoked Meatballs

This delicious homemade meatball will have you coming for more. This cheesy meatball is not only full of taste but is full of flavor as well! 


1 lbs of ground beef  

lbs of ground pork.

2 eggs 

2 cup of bread crumbs soaked in 1/3 of milk 

2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce 

1 tsp of sea salt 

1 tsp of chili flakes 

1 tsp of ground black pepper 

1.5 cups of grated parmesan cheese 

Half diced onion 

6 crushed garlic cloves 

1 tsp of dried oregano 

1. Mix your oregano, garlic cloves, onion, black pepper, chilli flakes, sea salt, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, pork, and beef all together. 

2. Once your ingredients are mixed together, roll them into a ball of your size and place them into the Bradley smoker until you hit an internal temperature of 120 F (49 C). 

3. Once your meatballs are done, place them onto a cast iron pan and pour a marinara sauce of your choosing on top and sprinkle chunks of buffalo mozzarella on top. 

4. Put your cast iron pan back in the smoker until you reach an internal temperature of 160 F (71 C) and you’re done! 

*If you want to, you can add some more freshly grated parmesan cheese for added flavor!*
