Items purchased on bradleysmoker.com which are unused, unassembled and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and returned item shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment.

A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
If the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, we may refuse to accept this as a valid return. Unauthorized packages may be refused with no refund. Shipping charges from the order will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment, nor on items returned without a receipt of purchase.
