These smoky artichokes are great on their own, or with a bit of herb mayo. They also pair well with pork.

Ingredients

Approximately 12-15 canned whole artichoke hearts

2 Tbsp your favourite seasoning (I used Cajun blend with some added cayenne for some more heat!)

Bradley Smoker Hickory Bisquettes

Directions

  1. Prep smoker for cold smoking with Hickory bisquettes.
  2. Cut artichoke hearts in half.
  3. Toss in desired spice blend or just some salt and pepper.
  4. Spread artichokes evenly on a smoker rack, or place them on a Magic Mat on the rack.
  5. Cold smoke for 2 hours.
