Smoked Savory Stuffed Cheesy Meatballs Recipe

This Smoked Savory Stuffed Cheesy Meatballs Recipe is a great snack to serve at a party or any occasion to entertain, it is the defined party favorite! Smoked Meatballs are easy to make with no fuss once they are in the smoker, and will have the extra flavor bringing your snack to a new level.


• 1 lb of ground chuck
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ½ cup finely chopped onion
• 1/3 cup finely chopped jalapeno (optional for extra spice)
• 1 large egg (the whole thing)
• ¼ cup Worcestershire
• ¼ cup BBQ Brian’s rub
• ½ cup BBQ Brian’s Rockin Red barbecue sauce
• ¼ to ½ inch cubes of cheddar, pepper jack, or other favorite cheese


• Prep Time: 35 minutes
• Cook Time: 1 hour
• Smoker Temp: 225-240°F
• Meat Finish Temp: 160°F
• Recommended Wood: Apple

– Mix all ingredients together by hand and roll into meatballs by palming the meat with your hand.

– Be sure to have a ½ inch cube of cheese in each meatball

– You can now coat with BBQ sauce if desired, and top with shredded cheese
