A simple two-ingredient recipe that is absolutely delicious and beyond easy. A great recipe for a beginner, or something to add in when you’re smoking with maple wood already.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12-16 slices of maple bacon
Bradley Flavor Bisquettes – Maple
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F with maple bisquettes.
- Wrap each chicken breast in 3-4 strips of bacon, and fasten any loose ends down with toothpicks, ideally on the bottom.
- Place your wrapped chicken breasts in the smoker and smoke until an internal temperature 160°F is reached, about 3 hours.
