Maple Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Recipe

A simple two-ingredient recipe that is absolutely delicious and beyond easy. A great recipe for a beginner, or something to add in when you’re smoking with maple wood already.





4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

12-16 slices of maple bacon

Bradley Flavor Bisquettes – Maple


  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F with maple bisquettes.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast in 3-4 strips of bacon, and fasten any loose ends down with toothpicks, ideally on the bottom.
  3. Place your wrapped chicken breasts in the smoker and smoke until an internal temperature 160°F is reached, about 3 hours.
