Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin, silver skin and fat removed

Marinade:
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

1. Whisk together ingredients for marinade
2. Place tenderloin and marinade ingredients in a freezer bag and allow to marinate overnight in the fridge
3. Remove tenderloin from marinade
4. Smoke for 2.5 – 3 hours in preheated smoker at 225°F with maple bisquettes, remove from smoker once an internal temperature of 160°F is reached
