Warm Smoked Chicken and Cheddar Dip Recipe
1 ½ cups smoked chicken breast, cut into small cubes
One 8 oz brick cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup hot sauce
5 green onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium size casserole dish, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Stir in the cut-up chicken and sliced green onions. Spread evenly in the casserole dish.
Bake the dip for 30 minutes. The dip should be creamy and the cheddar cheese melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
