How to Make Smoked Prosciutto Brie Cheese
14 Oz brie cheese wheel
3 Oz prosciutto
Peach jalapeno glaze
Honey killer bee seasoning
Take 1 14 oz brie wheel and cover it in prosciutto, proceed to pour the peach jalapeno glaze on the cheese wheel, and coat it with the Honey Killer Bee seasoning.
Place the brie cheese wheel into the Bradley Smoker and set it for 300ºF (148ºC) and smoke it for 45 minutes.
Once it's done smoking, remove it from the smoker, apply your peach honey jalapeno glaze and enjoy!
