Get the right food smoker

- 2 racks of ribs
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup dry rub
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water or apple juice
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
