This sweet and sour sauce recipe is great on the Pork Side Spareribs, but feel free to use it on other cuts of pork and even chicken!

Ingredients:

  • 250 mL (1 cup) ketchup
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 75 mL (1/3 cup) vinegar
  • 30 mL (2 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 mL (1/2 tsp.) hot chili powder (optional)
