12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half
½ cup finely chopped cold-smoked salmon (check out our How-to Cold Smoke Salmon blog)
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp capers, minced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper


1. Remove yolks from eggs and mash with a fork
2. Mix in salmon, mayonnaise, dill, capers, Dijon, lemon zest & juice, salt and pepper
3. Fill the egg white halves with the mixture
