This is a Smoked Romanian Mititei Sausage Recipe that requires no casing! Left the Sausage Vault open too long, while putting in new secret recipes, and this one fell out!
These are small skinless sausages. And you can make them with ground beef, lamb, or pork meat, garlic and other spices. Grill them on charcoal hot grill and serve with tomato and green onion salad, sour cream sprinkled with paprika, baked potato, french fries, or rice.
Although we generally make them with beef, pork, and lamb, it’s possible to make them with pure beef, pure lamb, or half and half. As a result, you’ll have great appetizers. On top of that, they are wonderful cold the next day in a sandwich.
