Smoked BBQ Meatballs

  1. Heat smoker to 190* degrees F using 6 Hickory bisquettes
  2. Smoke meatballs three hours
  3. Place smoked meatballs into your favorite BBQ sauce
  • The USDA recommends that you use a cabinet temperature of 225 degress F or higher when smoking uncured ground meat.
