- Heat smoker to 190* degrees F using 6 Hickory bisquettes
- Smoke meatballs three hours
- Place smoked meatballs into your favorite BBQ sauce
- The USDA recommends that you use a cabinet temperature of 225 degrees F or higher when smoking uncured ground meat.
