Smoke these Jerk Rubbed Ribs and give them that genuine Caribbean taste. Start by marinating them with rum and Jamaican jerk spice. And complete it with our Premium Caribbean Blend bisquettes.
2 Racks of pork ribs
4 Tbsp Jamaican jerk spice (in paste form or as a dry mix)
¼ Cup brown sugar
¼ Cup soy sauce
¼ Cup rum
Bradley Flavor Bisquettes – Premium Caribbean Blend
- Whisk together ingredients for sauce.
- Pour half of the sauce on the ribs and marinate for 4 hours.
- Preheat smoker to 225°F with Premium Caribbean Blend Bisquettes.
- Smoked ribs for 5-6 hours, basting with the sauce every hour.
