Ingredients

2 Racks of pork ribs

For Sauce 

4 Tbsp Jamaican jerk spice (in paste form or as a dry mix)

¼ Cup brown sugar

¼ Cup soy sauce

¼ Cup rum

Bradley Flavor Bisquettes – Premium Caribbean Blend

Directions

  1. Whisk together ingredients for sauce.
  2. Pour half of the sauce on the ribs and marinate for 4 hours.
  3. Preheat smoker to 225°F with Premium Caribbean Blend Bisquettes.
  4. Smoked ribs for 5-6 hours, basting with the sauce every hour.
