A friend gave a 4 rack to me. He got it from a fellow that wanted to try smoking. Gave up and gave it away. Was used 5 times. The first think I tried in it was a pulled pork . It worked super well ! The bisques are a little pricey but ,,, gave a smooth clean flavor. 4 ⭐️

Overall, satisfied with the Mesquite bisquettes. Not a real strong smoke though. I do believe, with as many that is required to do a long smoke like a brisket or pork shoulder roast, it can get quite expensive since the Bradley goes through one every 20 mins.
