This sweet and sour sauce recipe is great on the Pork Side Spareribs, but feel free to use it on other cuts of pork and even chicken!
Ingredients:
- 250 mL (1 cup) ketchup
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 75 mL (1/3 cup) vinegar
- 30 mL (2 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp.) hot chili powder (optional)
