		<description>I made some of these this past weekend.  My first observation is that smoked bacon is not very good.  It came out very rubbery and unpleasant.  The scallops themselves were decent, but nothing to write home about.  The crab turned out well.  The local store didn&#039;t have any halibut, so I used tilapia, which was freakin amazing.  

I wouldn&#039;t spend the time or money to make this recipe again.  However, I did discover that you can make some really rockin fish for very little money, so it wasn&#039;t a total waste!</description>
