Indulge in the ultimate meatball experience with this mouthwatering recipe. Combining the perfect blend of ground beef and pork, seasoned with aromatic herbs, spices, and Worcestershire sauce, these tender meatballs are smoked to perfection before being smothered in marinara sauce, topped with melty buffalo mozzarella, and finished off in the smoker for an irresistibly flavorful and cheesy delight.

Ingredients

1 Lbs of ground beef

1 Lbs of ground pork

2 Eggs

2 Cups of bread crumbs soaked in ⅓ of milk

2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

1 Tsp of sea salt

1 Tsp of chilli flakes

1 Tsp of ground black pepper

1.5 Cups of grated parmesan cheese

Half diced onion

6 Crushed garlic cloves

1 Tsp of dried oregano

Preparation

Mix your oregano, garlic cloves, onion, black pepper, chilli flakes, sea salt, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, pork, and beef altogether.

Once your ingredients are mixed together, roll them into a ball of your size and place them into the Bradley smoker until you hit an internal temperature of 120ºF (49ºC).

Once your meatballs are done, place them onto a cast iron pan and pour a marinara sauce of your choosing on top and sprinkle chunks of buffalo mozzarella on top.

Put your cast iron pan back in the smoker until you reach an internal temperature of 160ºF (71ºC) and you're done!

*If you want to, you can add some more freshly grated parmesan cheese for added flavor!*
