  1. Just got my smoker with a variety pack of bisqettes, having trouble finding the bisquettes local. Is there a way to locate a store that carries them?

  2. We are researching smokers and are considering Bradley. It appears that they only work with the bisquettes. Is this so?

  3. @ Flora
We are glad you are considering the Bradley Smoker. Our smokers do indeed use our Bradley Smoking Bisquettes. We have formulated and developed these to ensure a great smoked food flavor.

  4. smoking bacon today with a cold smoke. 85 degrees outside and internal smoker temp is 150 degrees F. How can I bring down the smoker temp for a better cold smoke? Thanks

  5. I searched through the dealers section you provide, and found that of the 28 dealers in Illinois there are none available in the city of Chicago. It seems a little strange that none exist in the city, is this correct?

  6. All I want is tender ribs and I’ve never had any luck in the past. Is the Bradley Smoker as easy as it sounds. Just turn it on, put the ribs inside and wait a few hours and out come perfec, tender fall off the bone ribs.

Is it really that easy? Be truthful!

  7. I just bought the 6 rack smoker, I thought I would give a try for my brothers birthday. Keep in mind that I had never smoke any kind of anything. The Bradley smoker was easy to set and to use. I started out with 40 chicken breast fillets using the Hickory flavor. I smoke them for 4.5 hours rotating after 2 hours. I also used a lite coating of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. As to my surprise they all turn out great. Some were a little over cook (bottom row) but I just called them chicken jerky. Next on list is trying recipe with the Honey cure. Update to follow.

  8. Patrick, you should double wrap the ribs in foil for the last 1 to 2 hours and you’ll get nice tender smoked ribs. I’ve tried all the smokers and this one does it the best and is easy to use– even without real wood it gives a good flavor due to the briquets.
