At Bradley Smoker, we love what we do.  We also love to see when customers and users of our smokers really enjoy the flavorful food they produce.  It makes doing our job – well – that much more enjoyable.

  1. Wife bought the Bradley Original smoker about 4-1/2 months ago, we love the opperation of the unit, and the food is awesome. But apparently I am doing something wrong, as the bottom of the door (the plastic) has a couple of cracks in it. Today I uncovered the unit and now the plastic piece that houses the temperature control also has a crack. I think that possibly condensation could be to blame for all the cracks. Try to keep the unit safe and covered when not in use, but Colorado temps are unpredictable. Am I able to get any help with this problem and a possible cure to prevent this in the future?

  3. I hope your problem has been resolved! Condensation and freezing temperatures can play havoc with plastic parts. I keep mine in an outdoor shed during cold weather. It doesn’t fix the temperature but keeps the condensation away. I live in the midwest and our winters may be dryer than the ones out west.

    I too have the plastic cracking on the bottom by the temperature gauge. Smoker still works wonders, though. I absolutely LOVE it!!!! Now that my friends and family have tried the stuff that comes out of there I stay busy most weekends. I am hoping Bradley comes up with some replacement parts for the plastic pieces soon. Any idea if that is a possibility Bradley?

I just went out after looking at alot of smokers, and reading the reviews, i bought your. it sat i my garage til today really didn’t have time this week to open it, but opened it today and found that it did not have a drip bowl inside the box? i checked your web site and it said that it should have came with one, do i need to go buy my bowl, or will you ship it to me? i got the Bradley 4 rack digital smoker, model number BTDS76P, serial number1002006620200257.

  6. I have owned my digital 6 rack Bradley Smoker for more than a year, I use it several times a month. It’s by far the best smoker I have ever owned. To date I have convinced 6 or 7 of my friends, co-workers and family to buy a Bradley. I had a problem with my smoker and had to contact Bradley’s customer service. Let me just say they are first class and promptly took care of the problem which in turn has make me a life long fan of the Bradley Smoker. Please keep up the good work!

  7. I just bought my 4 rack Bradley and used it for the first time this past weekend, ribs on Saturday and chicken cordon bleu on Sunday everything was great and very easy to use.. I originally bought the masterbuilt model but it did not work right (what good is a smoker if it won’t smoke) took it back to cabella’s and bought my first Bradley.. Best decision ever….. thanks Bradley….

  8. I purchased a Bradley smoker from Cabelas in January 2011 I’ve replaced the element , now the bisquit feed won’t stop. I can’t find my warrant info , But I am regestered, can you help.
